If you have an element (Section, DIV) that has more elements inside & you do click/highlite one of those elements, you can't COLLAPSE the parent div. You have to click on the element you want to collapse, in order to be able to do so.
I think you should be able to collapse any element even if you have selected/highlight any of it's child.
