Margins and Padding in Couple

Lots of the Margins and Padding editing take place in couple: left and right, top and bottom. In the left hand palette, when Size & Spacing is selected, one a margin or padding value is edited, beside the button "apply all" my suggestion is to have the button "apply couple"
